Our Facility & Repair Flow Process

![]() OUR FACILITY - Sterling Services corporate headquarters, located in Matthews, North Carolina, has been serving customers for the last 17 years. |
![]() 1) DELIVERY - No matter what delivery service that we receive items from, they are all checked for shipping damage BEFORE the carrier leaves. |

![]() 2) RECEIVING - Each item is checked for shipping damage (if any damage occurred during shipping our customer is immediately notified). Each item and its accessories (i.e. cables, manuals, schematics, etc.) are then assigned a unique tracking number. We keep all packing lists & purchase orders that are shipped with the item(s). All information is checked against the actual item for discrepancies and a work order is then generated. |
![]() 3) EVALUATION - The items then have different areas to be assigned: Repair, Quote, Evaluate or Swap. If an item is in stock the customer is notified that an exchange is possible, and the replacement can generally be shipped that same day. |

![]() 4) CLEANING - If an item is evaluated favorable for repair, it is then thoroughly cleaned and prepped. |
![]() 5) TECH SHOP REPAIRS - When repairs are advisable our highly knowledgeable trained staff will then perform their magic. |

![]() 6) TEST EQUIPMENT - Upon repair, the item is tested again before being sent to the shipping department. Both the tech and shipping personnel double-check the tracking number to make sure the correct item and accessories get back to the correct customer. |
![]() 7) SHIPPING - Here at Sterling Services we pride ourselves on our methods of shipping. For that bulky, sharp-cornered, heavy item, you will receive it nestled in the middle of urethane foam. For the smaller, more delicate items, they are placed in antistatic bags, sealed and packed tightly. Either way, your item returns in much better shape than when it left! |
